T-Tapp Seven-Week Update

It’s time to share what I’ve lost during the last 7 weeks doing T-Tapp exercises!

4 pounds and 12 1/2 inches (2 inches lost in my waist and 2 in my hips!)  = 1 dress size!  Not quite 2 dress sizes, but I’m on my way!

I’m so motivated to keep going.  Right now I’m doing a hoe-down challenge with Charlotte Siems–2 sets of hoe-downs each day for 10 days.  I can do that even on days that I can’t get to anything else.  (I’m still going to try to get in a Basic workout most days of the week, though.)

Have you tried hoe-downs before?  See the T-Tapp website under “Try Before You Buy” (under August Specials on the home page) to see a video of how to do this 3-minute move that will lower your blood sugar faster than an insulin shot!

I’m still not exercising any more than 30 minutes a day.  I don’t have the time, energy, or motivation to do more than that.  But that’s OK–T-Tapp is helping me lose inches with just the Basic Workout Plus (15 minutes), Basic Plus Tempo (18 minutes), or Step Away the Inches (22 minutes)!
