Today’s review and giveaway is of a WONDERFUL book: Everybody Can Help Somebody by Ron Hall and Denver Moore. Do you have any books that every single time you read them, you cry? That happens to me when I read Love You Forever by Robert Munsch.
And I also cry every time I read Everybody Can Help Somebody.
It’s the true story of a man named Denver who grew up during the depression in the south. His family were sharecroppers and had to work all day picking cotton and doing other farm chores. When he was grown he hopped a train and ended up homeless in Fort Worth. Destitute he believed that God didn’t love him. But he met Debbie and Ron Hall and found the love of Jesus. Denver and Ron began helping homeless people all over the U.S.!

One way we serve as a family is going to a assisted living home to visit the residents. We love doing that.
We serve in many ways. We have many new neighbors. We do what we can to make them feel welcome. We bake. Offer to help with house stuff.
Recently every am that my husband’s home he takes the 4 kids on a walk and they help an older woman walk her 2 very large dogs. This has been a huge blessing for both Ms Stacia and my children
