So, what is NuNaturals? They make Stevia products which help us reduce sugar and carbs. My kids really enjoyed the Cocoa Syrup and Cocoa Mint Syrup–fun for chocolate milk or hot chocolate. They were a bit too strong (the NuNaturals Stevia products are highly concentrated) to eat straight when poured on ice cream. They also make a plain Simple Syrup. One-quarter teaspoon of the syrup is as sweet as 1 teaspoon of sugar. We made a healthy banana chocolate “ice cream” with banana, milk, and NuStevia Cocoa Syrup. It was pretty good!
One of my sons really liked the Nustevia Cherry and Cherry Vanilla in water and other drinks to give it a different flavor. He even put it in his cereal! (My favorite of the liquids was from my last review of NuNaturals when I got the Peppermint. I love putting that in hot tea!)
The Nugrain Oat Fiber can be used for making baked goods or added to smoothies, porridge and other recipes where you want to boost the fiber content. I’m always looking for ways to do that!
