One of my most favorite breakfasts is a smoothie recipe that I got from The Daniel Plan book a couple of years ago. It’s called Dr. Hyman’s Whole Foods Protein Smoothie. I love the healthy ingredients: almond butter, coconut oil, chia seeds, walnuts, coconut milk, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, berries, and bananas! I have even substituted pumpkin for the banana to make it Trim Healthy Mama compatible. I’m excited about the 10-Day Smoothie Challenge from my friend Amy at Encouraing Moms at Home.
