The New Butterfly Quilt
Yeah! I am finally finished with my niece’s butterfly quilt! It only took a year! Well, actually I had it all cut out last spring, then laid it aside. I’ve been working on the sewing part for the last few weeks. I think the bold colors turned out really fun together!
The one I made for her sister last year included more pastels and patterns.
I used Simplicity pattern 2935 and made a few changes to make the eyes more friendly and added a smile! You can find it at Hancock Fabrics.

Love you,
Mom
I love your butterfly! I made this one when I was expecting Noey. http://shadybayouacademy.blogspot.com/2010/07/bumbles-owl-quilt.html I remember seeing the butterfly and thinking it was sooo pretty. 🙂
