How you can request a change
Our email service provider is Active Campaign. They have the following measures in place.
If you prefer not to receive email newsletter information any longer, there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. It will automatically remove you from the email distribution list.
Right to rectification – I can update my contact’s information at any time. My contacts can reach out to ActiveCampaign directly and they’ll correct or delete information for them.
Right to be forgotten – If you request to be forgotten, I’m able to delete a contact, which permanently removes his or her information from my account. If you reach out to Active Campaign directly with a valid request, they’ll notify me about the request and delete the contact’s data from my account, or across all ActiveCampaign accounts, if requested, in order to comply with GDPR.
Right of portability and access– If my contact requests their personal data, I can export their data as a .csv file, which Active Campaign will make available to me via a secure connection.

We maintain your data at the server of our internet service provider, our email marketing company, our offices and our product fulfillment centers.
If you leave a comment on this website that information is stored at our hosting company (WP Engine). That information includes your name, your avatar, your comment, the time you left the comment and your ISP address.

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to enable us to personalize your visits to our Site, simplify the signing-in procedure, keep track of your preferences, for marketing purposes and to track the usage of our Site.
Like any business, we like to see if our visitors come from Google, Facebook, another site in order to better manage the business. We can not see which website you visited after you leave us, however. The only way we could narrow down the information to any one individual is if only one person was on this website that day, and we knew who that was.
