Five 3-ingredient Crock-Pot Dinners My Family Loves

It’s getting to be busy fall time! Rehearsals, classes, practices–almost all of our afternoons and evenings are full. So, I don’t have time to spend in the kitchen getting dinner ready. I love crock-pot meals because they are fast and easy. But, they have to taste good and look good, too!

Here are some easy 3-ingredient crock-pot dinners:

1. Turkey Breast

  • Turkey breast
  • chicken stock
  • spices

2. French Dip Sandwiches

  • Chuck roast
  • Italian dressing mix
  • beef stock

3. Chicken Nachos/Tacos

  • Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • Taco seasoning
  • chicken broth (optional)

4. Cranberry Roast

  • Chuck Roast
  • Onion soup mix
  • Cranberry sauce

5. BBQ Ribs

  • Ribs (your choice)
  • BBQ sauce

Place ribs of your choice in the crock pot and cover with BBQ sauce. (Cut the ribs in sections to help them fit better.) Slow cook on low 8 hours. Serve with oven fries or potato chips and salad.  Have extra BBQ sauce on hand!
