One thing that I have really enjoyed since I’ve started studying FlyLady’s ideas is to keep on top of things and not let them get so bad that they become overwhelming to deal with. One example is keeping the bathroom clean. Here is July’s focus of Swish and Swipe. It means that every day (or almost every day, realistically), you do a quick wipe of the sink and counter and toilet seat (and mirror if there are spots) with window cleaner (I use Shaklee Basic H), and swish the inside of the bowl with a toilet brush (I use water and shampoo or shower body wash in the toilet brush holder). It takes me about 3 minutes to do each bathroom. Try it! Here are detailed instructions:
