In a comment to my last post, Melissa (Tulip) said she can't fit another child in her van. That made me smile because we're in the same boat. I did try it and I can squeeze a carseat in between the two booster seats in the backseat. The problem is that it's such a tight squeeze that an adult can't get their hand in between to buckle the seatbelts for the older kids. So. . . my goal before the baby comes is to teach my boys how to do it themselves. Otherwise, we'll have to buy a new van! Actually, my 5-year-old said, “Then we can get a bus, Mom!
I do believe Benjamin is right — a bus is the answer! How fun!
Tonight on TLC I watched “16 children and moving in.” It’s the story about the Arkansas family moving to their 7,000 ft. home that they had built on 20 acres of land. What a precious family. It really made me miss you all even more! May will not get here soon enough!
Hi! I just found you through hitting Random Blog and have been enjoying reading your blog this evening. Our children are 8, 7, 5, 3, 1, and 3mo so I can relate to a lot of what you’re saying. 🙂
Love, Dawn
