Pizza Meatloaf
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. crumbled saltine crackers
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 T. Italian seasoning
1 can pizza sauce
1 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Combine 1st six ingredients and flatten into a 9×9 (or larger) casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, drain off fat, and spread pizza sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake for 10 more minutes. Cut in squares to serve.
