Sausage and Apples
Sausage and Apples
2 12 oz. pkgs. sausage meat (24 oz.)
2 T. butter
3 apples, cored and sliced
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon
Form sausage into patties and cook until browned. Remove sausage from the skillet and add butter. Place apple slices in the pan. Once apples begin to soften, add brown sugar and cinnamon. When the sugar begins to “syrup” add the sausage back and cook about 10 more minutes.
