How to Make a Valentine’s Pitcher

Here’s my little project for this week (inspired by this pin.) It took less than 10 minutes to do!  I found the white pitcher in a kitchen cabinet I was cleaning out last week and got the inspiration.  Looking in 1 Corinthians 13 (the Love chapter of the Bible) I used colored Sharpies to write different things on the pitcher.

Love is. . . patient, kind, never fails, always hopes, not easily angered, does not boast, does not envy .  I found the silk flowers at Joann’s  (Joann Fabrics), and now my mantel looks a little more festive for Valentine’s Day!

  1. I hope this is the sort of thing you are looking for…I love link parties! While “tinkering” is not exactly homemaking or decorating, learning to fix and care for the things we own definitely falls under being good stewards of what we have. And it is a whole lot of fun as well!
