Hot Potato Salad

2 lb pkg frozen diced potatoes with red and green peppers (Potatoes O’Brien), thawed slightly
1 small chopped onion
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 cans cream soup (cream of celery, cheddar cheese, etc.)
Combine all the above. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
