1 15oz container ricotta cheese
2 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 T. dried parsley
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 jars spaghetti sauce
2 pounds ground beef
12 lasagna noodles
Mix ricotta cheese, 1 1/4 c. mozzarella, 1/4 c. parmesan, parsley, and egg. Pour spaghetti sauce into meat in skillet.
Layer: meat sauce, 3 noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce, 3 noodles, ricotta mixture, meat sauce 3 noodles, meat sauce, the rest of cheeses. Cover with foil and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. (Spray the foil with cooking spray.) Remove foil and bake 15 more minutes. Let stand 15 more minutes.
