Summer Book Club
I came up with an idea a couple of weeks ago to get together with some other homeschooling moms for a summer book club. About 5 of us so far are going to meet on Friday mornings (with all 19 children!) and discuss Teri Maxwell’s Homeshooling With a Meek and Quiet Spirit (www.Titus2.com). I read it a while back and knew that I needed to go through it again to incorporate more of the ideas into my life.
One of her suggestions was to get organized and scheduled as many of these issues are robbers of a meek and quiet spirit. So I did do one thing so far: make a master grocery list and meals rotation list. I’ll expand on this in the next entry.
