T-Tapp Update #2

I’m still motivated to exercise.  That’s a good thing, because I know one of these days I won’t be!  Since last week I’ve lost 1 pound and 1 1/2 inches!  I’m really looking forward to getting down to the next size because I’ll have a lot more choices in clothes!

I’d probably lose faster if I’d drop the desserts, but I’m not quite ready for that yet!  Here’s what I am doing:  drinking close to a gallon of water daily, Basic Workout Plus every other day (at least) with some moves on the off days, and focusing on keeping my ribs up as often as possible throughout the day.  I want to get a pedometer and set a goal of 10,000 steps/day–will try to do that this week.

Some of the moves I do on the off days come from the TappCore DVD.  It’s a great collection of 9 individual moves, so you can pick and choose.  I’ve also used it for homeschool P.E.  Teresa has her dog Buddy on it, which my kids love!  The TappCore DVD is on sale for $2 off this month.  Another great move is called “Organs in Place/Half Frogs”–funny name, I know.  Teresa says this exercise will give you a flat stomach without sit-ups!  It’s found on the DVD that comes with her book Fit and Fabulous in Fifteen Minutes.  If you order the book this month, you’ll get the workout DVD “Step Away the Inches” for free!  (That’s another one of my favorite workouts.)

I highly recommend the book as it will help explain what’s different about T-Tapp.  Do you find it hard to believe that you can really lose inches only exercising 15 minutes a day?  Then read the book, and you’ll see why!
