The Balanced Life Online
Robin’s Pilates workouts from The Balanced Life are what I’ve been most consistent with lately. Some are only 10 minutes long, which is perfect for those days I’m running late or don’t feel I have the energy for a longer workout.
T-Tapp
T-Tapp is another wonderful exercise program. I love the Basic Workout Plus and Step Away the Inches workouts. Get the T-Tapp DVDs (check out the Starter Systems) or use my favorite: T-Tapp Digital live streaming.
Teresa Tapp’s Fit and Fabulous in 15 Minutes. taught me so much about form and how to exercise more efficiently.
Fit2B
Fit2B is the newest fitness site I’ve discovered. They have tons of exercise videos for all fitness levels. If you are a total beginner or have diastasis recti, be sure to check this one out.
Homeschool Mom Fitness
Homeschool Mom Fitness is a fitness program that was put together by the founder of this online conference, Heather Bowen and her fitness trainer husband. There are accessible exercises that you can do throughout the day and which build upon each other week by week.
Walking
Oh, yes, walking is also a great way to exercise! Use a walking app, or listen to audiobooks (like Made to Crave) on Audible or your favorite podcasts.

The keto diet helped me, too, to lose the extra pounds and not gain them again. It was hard to change my eating habits, but for two years now I’ve been able to keep it up without any eating disruptions.
