Car Trip Ideas

A friend of mine compiled some great ideas of ways to keep the kids entertained on long car trips.

One of our favorite pastimes in the car is to listen to Jonathan Park CDs.  You can usually download an episode for free from Blue Behemoth (check back daily for different freebies) or hear some at the Jonathan Park website  to see if you like them.  There are two different kinds.  One is just a collection of animal descriptions (Aquarium, Galapagos Island, Zoo).  The others are exciting episodes of two Christian families who weave through their adventures great learning about science (in particular, creation science).
