Chicken Taco Filling in Crockpot
3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 T. taco seasoning mix (see recipe here)
If chicken breasts are frozen, you won’t need extra juice. Otherwise, add some chicken broth.
Place chicken in and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
Shred the chicken. Good on tortilla chips for nachos or put in tortillas or taco shells for tacos.

- sour cream
- salsa and/or taco sauce
