Well, as I mentioned recently I have been struggling with motivation lately, and this includes the area of exercise. I have not been consistent at all! I have only lost 2 pounds in the last 4 months, so I was just about to give up and go ahead and buy some clothes in my “new” size rather than waiting to reach my “old” size. However, I decided yesterday to give it one more chance. My “old” size is my wedding weight, which I usually reach after each baby. I need to lose about 10 pounds or 1-2 sizes. (It is possible that these last 10 pounds will stay until I wean my son. He’s not interested in that right now, though.)
So, I will do the Basic Plus Tempo workout everyday for the rest of August (17 minutes daily) and see what happens. I’ll also try to eat less, but I’m really bad at that. 🙂 I’ll drink 70 oz. of water daily and remember to take my vitamins!
