Guess what I’m doing right now? I’m eating no-sugar no-gluten for 21 days! So hard, but so important, to make get on track with healthy habits.
I did this last January and lost 10 pounds. But I didn’t stick with it and gained 5 pounds back.
Here are my best tips:
- Plan ahead for meals and snacks
- Eat a snack every morning, whether I think I’ll need it or not. It helps curb my sugar cravings
- Drink plenty of water
- Have an accountability group with daily check-ins
