The Teacher

The homeschool marine science camp is led by experienced former science professor Greg Landry, MS. He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge and inspiring the next generation of marine scientists. More Details

Students receive a lab manual to guide their studies and a t-shirt as a memento of their experience. The base camp is a 1970’s era Christian camp / church retreat facility on Dauphin Island, Alabama in the Gulf of Mexico. Each family will have a private dorm room style bedroom with a sufficient number of beds for their family. The “LAB” and all aspects of the camp will be on and around this small subtropical island. All meals, lodging, snacks, activities/labs, materials, boat trip, etc. are included in the program, allowing students to focus fully on their learning and exploration. You won’t need to spend any money while at camp. (You’ll have access to a kitchen if you need to, or would like to, bring your own food.)
