Tuna Melts
4 cans tuna (5 oz. each), drained
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1 t. ground pepper
1/4 t. dried oregano
slices of tomato
slices of provolone cheese
bread or English muffins
Mix 1st seven ingredients together. Spread on bread (toast first if desired). Cover with a slice of provolone cheese. Heat under broiler until melted. Add a slice of tomato.
