Product Review: Our Experience with the Marshmalloo Pillow (Created by a Teen Entrepreneur!) -

I love discovering new products—especially when they’re created by young entrepreneurs with a passion and a plan. First Impressions of the Marshmalloo Pillow

When I opened the Marshmalloo package, I was immediately amazed by how soft and fluffy the pillow was. It arrives vacuum-packed to save space (perfect for efficient shipping), but it fluffed right up the moment I opened it.

I also appreciated the cloth drawstring bag it came in—what a thoughtful touch! I often bring pillows along on trips, and I don’t love when they get dirty in the car or while traveling. This handy bag solves that problem beautifully.

An Unexpected Bonus of the Marshmalloo Pillow

One of my favorite features? The Marshmalloo Pillow is machine washable. So many pillows lose their shape after a wash, but this one is built to withstand it. That’s a big win in my home.

Who the Marshmalloo Pillow is For

I was the first to test it out for a night, but I quickly discovered it wasn’t quite right for me. I’m used to a contoured memory foam pillow that supports my neck in a very specific way, and the Marshmalloo’s fluffy design just didn’t give me the same support. (If you use a “molded” or orthopedic-style pillow, you probably know what I mean!)

Next, my husband gave it a try, but he prefers a pillow that’s almost totally flat—so again, the fluffy Marshmalloo wasn’t a fit for him either.

But in our house of eight kids, I know this pillow will be perfect for someone! I’ll be passing it along to one of them next. With its soft structure and cozy feel, I can already think of a few who will love snuggling up with it.

Final Thoughts

While the Marshmalloo Pillow didn’t work for me personally, I truly appreciate its design, quality, and mission.
